Restricted Countries/Regions

We are currently unable to provide shipping services to countries or regions with armed conflicts.

International Shipping

For international orders, we offer global shipping services. Jinherit provides free worldwide shipping for orders over $129.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2 business days after payment is received. Please note that certain handmade items may require a longer processing time.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • North America: 5–14 business days
  • Europe: 3–10 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination country. All timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Customs Duties

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or related fees charged by the destination country. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Tracking Number

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order details. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow some time for the tracking status to update after dispatch.

Delayed Delivery

If a delivery delay occurs, Jinherit will make every effort to help your package arrive as soon as possible. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, or other circumstances beyond our control. We do not offer refunds for delays resulting from these situations. Thank you for your understanding.

Lost Packages

For delivery or tracking issues, the simplest and quickest solution is to contact the shipping company directly. Sometimes the carrier may prematurely mark the package as "delivered," or they may require additional information from you to complete the delivery.
