Refund Policy

About Return

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unused items in their original packaging.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with no signs of wear, damage caused after delivery, perfume, makeup, or other visible residue. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

For hygiene reasons, earrings that have been worn cannot be returned unless defective.

To start a return, please contact us through our Contact Us page with your order number and reason for return. Once your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions by email.

Handmade and Small-Batch Characteristics

Many Jinherit pieces are handmade or produced in small batches. Slight variations in brocade placement, embroidery details, sheen, tone, bead placement, lacquer texture, or other natural material characteristics may occur.

These variations are not considered defects. They are part of the handmade nature of the piece. However, if your item is unworn, unused, and in its original packaging, you may still request a standard return within 30 days of delivery.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. A short video is helpful where available.

If the issue is approved, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund. In these cases, Jinherit will be responsible for the return shipping or replacement arrangement.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If you paid by credit or debit card, your refund will be issued to the original card. Please allow your bank additional time to process the refund.

If you paid via PayPal, your refund will be issued to your PayPal account.

We do not charge a restocking fee.

Cancellation

We do not accept unconditional order cancellation once the payment has been made. You can contact us if you need any help. However, we will give you full refund if the product you purchased is not produced.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you have not received your refund yet, please first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
