How long does it take for the delivery?

An estimated 10-14 days. Delivery time may vary depending on logistics.

I paid, but didn't get any confirmation email, what happened?

If the payment was incomplete or the confirmation email was marked as spam, it may not have been delivered. Please check “Order History” or try again.

Should I be responsible for the return shipping costs when I send back the merchandise?
  • If return is due to personal reasons (e.g. size, style), customers bear the cost.
  • If the wrong product was delivered, please contact us with photos; we will cover shipping and arrange an exchange.
  • If there are quality issues, we will inspect and reissue if needed.
Am I allowed to return the product without first reaching out to you?

No. Please contact us before returning anything, or refunds may not be processed.

When can I expect to receive my refund?

Usually within 7 business days for credit card refunds. Final timing depends on your card provider.
